Sharpen your positioning and create a pitch that sells

Positioning defines how our product stands out as the best choice for a specific customer group. Strong positioning is the backbone of successful marketing and sales, shaping a company’s messaging, branding, lead generation, and overall sales strategy.

Speak your ideal consumer’s language

Think about it: do people buy a Mercedes because of it’s features or because they wanna be a part of a prestigious crowd?

People buy on emotions, but justify with logic.

Tamara single handedly ensured long-term success for my family’s winery. When we approached Tamara, we planned on launching a new line of wine. Why? Because sales were decreasing. A direct response to change in consumer behaviour.

Younger generations drink less and have different needs compared to before. This is a difficult situation for a traditional (but so far successful) winery. Tamara did incredible market research, conducted several interviews with our new target audience, sent out surveys, engaged in extensive data analysis and held 4 workshops with us.

FAQs

Find answers to frequently asked questions to better understand our process and value proposition.

What is brand strategy?

A brand strategy is a long-term plan that aligns a company's goals with its customer’s needs and perceptions. It's about making clear decisions on what your brand stands for, how it differentiates from competitors, and how it consistently delivers on its promises across all touchpoints.

What is brand design?

Brand design is how your brand looks and feels, using things like logos, colors, and images to visually express what your brand stands for, making it recognizable and consistent with your brand strategy.

How much does brand strategy cost?

It depends on the level of research, size of your company and the timeline.

Do you offer workshops?

I offer 4 workshops that are included in my brand strategy framework: brand purpose, brand persona & niche, brand positioning and planning for the next year. If your marketing team needs clarity on a current strategy, you can contact me and we can see what's best for you.

What is the process?

The process for brand strategy is simple: 4 workshops with CEOs and decision makers that take around 3h each (but there are breaks, don’t worry 😀). After the second workshop I do the market research based on your ideal customer persona. It can be a combination of different techniques, but I always do deep interviews too. The last part is planning your marketing for the next 12 months - based on your positioning and your ideal customers’ needs.

How long does it take?

8-12 weeks.

Can you work remotely?

Yes.

Do you offer support?

After we’re done, I offer support - of course. It starts from €1995/month - depending on your needs.

What industries do you work with?

I work with the food and beverage industry, focusing on fine food and beverages like wine, chocolate, deli foods, spirits etc.
